This Privacy Policy explains how Nexeiza (nexeiza.com) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry through our contact form, or send us your CV through our careers page.
We take privacy seriously. We collect what we need to run the site, respond to you, and understand how the site is used — and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Information We Collect
Contact form submissions — when you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type, subject line, and message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
CV submissions — when you send us your CV through our careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, any note you add, and the CV file itself. This is used solely to consider you for work with Nexeiza.
Server logs — standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamp. Used for security and site reliability.
Analytics data — we use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies; Vercel Web Analytics does not.
Advertising data — Google AdSense runs on this site and uses cookies to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. See "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" below for how to opt out.
Usage
How We Use Your Information
Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to manage our working relationship. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
CVs and the details sent with them are used only to assess you for current or upcoming work with Nexeiza, and to contact you about it. We do not use them for marketing.
Server log data is used for security monitoring and diagnosing technical issues. It is not shared with third parties.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. Advertising data is used by Google to select and measure the ads it shows.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and reports visits in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors.

Who We Share Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the site — specifically Vercel (hosting and web analytics), Google (Analytics and AdSense), and Zoho (ZeptoMail and Zoho Mail), who deliver and store the messages and CVs you send us, each under their own privacy policy.
We will disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
Retention
How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry or ongoing engagement, and no longer. If you become a client, engagement records are kept for a minimum of five years for accounting and legal purposes.
CVs are kept only as long as needed to consider you for suitable work. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Server logs are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis.
Your Rights
Access, Correction & Deletion
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have submitted to us. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.
